BKS GLASS BALCONY

Using balconies as a glass room in winter months and as a balcony in summer months is possible with the Folding Glass Balcony Closure Systems. With the BKS Glass Balcony Closure System, while being protected from external conditions such as rain, wind and snow, heat insulation is also made possible. With the 8mm or the 10mm tempered glass used in the BKS Glass Balcony Closure Systems, while maximum security against burglary is ensured, no problems relating to cleaning and maintenance are experienced. When the tempered glass used in the BKS Glass Balconies is broken under extraordinary conditions it comes apart in small fragments as not to cause damage in the area.

The aluminum profiles used in the BKS Glass Balcony Closure system are registered products with proven quality manufactured specifically with the BKS proprietary design.

All materials used in the BKS Glass Balcony Closure Systems bear the system specific BKS logo.

Wheel connection feet are made from stainless steel and auxiliary materials are also produced from plastic (polyamide), aluminum or stainless steel against oxidation or molding.

The BKS Folding Glass Balcony system can be installed to be top supported or bottom supports as required. Each wing has a total of 8 roller bearings. If the system is installed from the top the top 4 roller bearings provide the support and the bottom 4 roller bearings act as guides; if the system is installed from the bottom the bottom 4 roller bearings provide the support and the top 4 roller bearings act as guides.

Equivalents in the market also have 8 roller bearings, however, only 2 roller bearings serve as supports and the other 6 roller bearings serve as guides

The transparent glass cords used on tempered glass edges are guaranteed for 2 – 4 years based on the facade on which they are used (north/south).


BKS GLASS BALCONY SYSTEM WITH CARTRIDGE ROLLER BLINDS

It is a convenient Self-Blind Cartridge glass balcony system with an aesthetic appearance that provides for seasonal requirements and lighting control by cladding Glass Balconies with roller blinds. Because the roller blind mechanism placed inside the base profile is applied separately to each glass pane it can be used hassle-free when folding the glasses or opening and closing the desired blind. To clean the blinds of the roller blind or to change the model of the roller blind the user (especially housewives) can easily replace the roller blind without needing to call for service personnel.


BKS DISPLAY CASE SYSTEM

The BKS Display Case System is a modern system which converts many closed spaces (shopping centers, hotels, shops, café-patisseries and conservatories) into a partially open area. With the top load bearing construction and by moving in suspension on aluminum rails it eliminates limitations in the areas and undesirable appearances and loss of space. While offering capacious and modern environments, it also provides protection against external conditions in adverse weather such as wind, rain, snow, dust etc…

Thanks to the possibility of completely opening the tempered glasses when desired, it creates spacious and open environments for display and in use. With its folding wings it brings an integration to internal and external spaces. Due to the 10mm tempered glass used for this system, full security is ensured. Additionally, required patterns, images, background or logo prints can be applied on the tempered glass.


BKS ROLLER BLIND

The BKS roller blind system consisting of 4 main parts, is a system with convenient use to bring a fresh breath other than traditional curtains to the glasses we use in our homes and offices and to convert using curtains into a pleasure. Additionally, it can be fixed with only 2 screws without required any additional permanent auxiliary materials. It provides for cleaning the blinds anytime needed. The BKS roller blind system can be used in various dimensions based on the widths of the glass.
